| 摘 要： | 要保证新建本科院校的健康持续发展,特色专业建设至关重要。但新建本科院校特色专业建设的现状不容乐观,需要探索新建本科院校特色专业内涵,着力提高办学水平,形成特色专业。以凯里学院数学与应用数学省级特色专业为例,根据近几年来的建设实践,形成新建地方本科院校培植特色专业的思路,并针对凯里学院数学与应用数学省级特色专业提出改革展望。
