| 摘 要： | 实用主义哲学强调行动和效果,重视人的价值,这一哲学思想深深扎根于美国文化价值观中,表现为美国人的人文关怀、求实态度和进取精神。本文从美国企业文化的角度,以英特尔（Intel）企业文化作为个例研究,通过解读Intel推崇并践行于企业中的六项价值准则,揭示并探讨美国跨国企业文化的实用主义价值观根源。

| Abstract: | Pragmatism emphasizes action and effect,and gives prominence to human values.This philosophy takes deep root in American culture reflected in humanitarian concern,practical manner and enterprising spirit of the Americans.This paper,from the perspective of American enterprise culture,takes Intel enterprise culture as the case study.Through analyzing the six enterprise values Intel esteems and fulfills in its worldwide workplaces,this paper aims to reveal the pragmatic value roots of American multinational enterprise culture. |
