B2C网站信息呈现与顾客信息搜寻关系研究

摘    要:采取自行建设网站进行分组实验和问卷调查的方法,对电子商务网站界面中的口碑信息对于顾客感知风险与信息搜寻行为的影响进行研究和分析,并提出产品信息呈现-感知风险-信息搜寻关系模型。最后提出产品信息呈现-感知风险-信息搜寻关系模型的修正模型。

Abstract:Conducting an empirical research through both experiment and survey, this paper studies a relationship among perceived risk, word - of - mouth information and information search, and puts forward an information presentation - perceived risk - information search model. At last, a revised model of information presentation - perceived risk - information search is presented.
