| 摘 要： | 从分析学习与训练这一矛盾入手，明确高水平运动员的定位及来源，指出通过提高生源质量、完善教育体制、实现运动员到学生的角色转换和解决好学生的就业等问题，方可改善“学训关系”从而达到培养大学生运动员的终级目标。

| Abstract: | This paper starts with the analysis of contradiction between study and training,then clearly defines the position and source of high-level athletes and points out that only by means of improving the quality of suitable candidates,perfecting the educational system,finishing translation from athelete to student and solving the students' problems of employment,etc.can study-training relationship be improved and the ultimate goal to train college-student atheletes be achieved. |
