| 摘 要： | 介绍了高校图书馆读者分类的意义、各类读者的特点及图书馆服务的影响因素；对《Library Journal》高校读者进行统计分析，阐述了未来图书馆服务的特点和趋势，得出要针对高校图书馆的读者类别及其特点，提高图书馆服务支持能力和服务水平．使每一位馆员有能力服务于每一位读者的结论。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces significance of university library＇s reader classification, different category of readers＇ characteris- tics and influencing factors of library service. It does a statistical analysis on university readers of Library Journal, expounds character- istics and trend of future library service, and draws a conclusion that university library should improve its service support capability and service level, and make each librarian has the ability to serve every reader basing on readers＇ category and characteristics. |
