| 摘 要： | 高校学生干部作为学生中的骨干,在学校管理、教学工作中上牵下联,是保证全校教学工作稳定,推进各项工作健康发展的重要一环,同时也是学校教育和管理的一支不可缺少的依靠力量。全文分析了当前高校学生干部队伍存在的问题,阐述了解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | University students cadres,as the asset of the students,convey the commands of the university authority and keep in touch with the students in the management of univeristy.They not only guarantee the stabilization of the teaching and students' affairs,impell the healthy development of all works,but also is a depending force in the education and management of the university.This thesis analyzed the problems existing in nowadays university students cadres and pointed out some conntermeasures for these problems. |
