A Review and Prospect of the Educational Institutes in China

With the development and reform of the primary and secondary education,educational institutes of China have experienced altogether five stages:foundation,development,closing down,restoration.We can see,from the history of its development,that the difference between an educational institute and a normal university exists in the following aspects:goal of training,content of teaching,people being taught,forms of teaching and teaching methods.
