Abstract:Based on the survey of teachers at L junior middle school,this paper explores the teachers' vision of the development of teachers' profession from the sense of professional identity,the requirement of profession and approving of specific measures.Date shows tha t although the teachers' vision is perfect,the environment to develop teachers' profession i s terrible.If the school wants to develop well and help teachers to grope,it needs to make great efforts on its management system.It can improve the organization condition and perfect the system of scho ol,guild the teachers to formulate plans for profession,restore the function of the teaching and research group and set up the mechanism for communication.
