New Course Reform, New Mode and New Management-Modern School Management Focused on the Management of Office System Functions

With an enhanced new course standard, the traditional management mode will not keep up the paces with the development of a new society. The article aims to deal with office system the functions as an electrical management, whose important mission during the school management is to transform the new course reform into practice quickly in the primary and middle school, and thus to serve school teachers in another way.
