| 摘 要： | 退耕还林是治理和建设生态环境的重头戏.如何使退耕还林得以持续,农民不复耕,关键在于农民的生活要有保障,农民的收入能满足其生产、生活、教育、医疗等费用的基本需要.通过对退耕还林与农民增收关系的分析,结合毕节地区实际情况,提出了解决毕节地区农民增收问题,使退耕还林得以持续开展的对策.

| Abstract: | Conceding the cultivated land to forestry is important means to control and build the ecological environment.How to make the conceding the cultivated land to forestry be sustained, peasants do not return to ploughing, the key lies in peasants' life should have guarantee, peasants' income can meet their basic needs of expenses, such as production, life, education, medical treatment,etc. . Through to analyse the relationship between conceding the cultivated land to forestry and peasants increase income, according the situation of Bijie prefecture, proposed the countermeasure to solve how to increase income of peasants, and make the conceding the cultivated land to forestry be sustained. |
