| 摘 要： | 实习是职业技术教育重要的教学环节。现场实习中教师应善于“因材施教”,指导学生抓住实习中的各种机会,如抓住易损件现场请教,结合现场讲解故障,参与设备的组装过程,寻找废旧零部件学习等等。把“捕捉”有利实习机会的指导思想贯彻到学生实习中去,引导学生在现场实习中眼捷、口勤、多动脑、多提问,以使实习取得丰硕的成果。
