湖南理工学院体育教育专业学生就业现状及对策分析

文章通过对湖南理工学院近三届体育教育专业学生毕业去向、社会需求状况的调查分析结果显示：随着体育教师队伍的逐渐饱和,专业人才从事教育行业的人数在逐年减少,改行易业现象普遍。由于体育教育专业受主观存在的就业领域的限制,客观存在的专业设置不能适应社会的需求,毕业生自身的原因等问题,从而导致目前的体育教育专业的就业困难。提高体育教育专业就业率的对策是：进一步调整专业设置和优化培养目标,加强学生的思想与择业观教育和就业指导力度,转变就业观念以及加强素质教育,以培养综合性人才为目标。

Hunan Institute of Science and Technology Sports Education Specialized Student Employment Situation and Countermeasure Analysis

This article through to the Hunan Institute of Science and Technology in three physical education students after graduation,social needs investigation and analysis results show that : with the sports teachers gradually saturated,professionals engaged in the education sector number decreases in year after year,diverted industry phenomenon.As a result of physical education affected by the subjective existence employment field restriction,the objective existence of professional settings can not meet the needs of society,college graduates’ own reasons,resulting in the current physical education professional employment difficulty.Improve the physical education professional employment rate measures are: to further adjust the specialty setting and optimizing the training target,strengthen students’ thought and the concept of career education and career guidance to strength,idea of change obtain employment and enhance the quality of education,to cultivate the comprehensive talents as the goal.
