浅谈诚信与社会公信力

诚信是构建和谐社会的基本要素。现实生活中,诚信普遍缺失是一个重大社会问题,其根源在于政府公信力的丧失,社会诚信的重建必先以恢复政府公信力为前提。政府在处置公共事件中面临着新观念、新体制的挑战,各级政府只有加强诚信建设,提高社会公信力,才能做到为人民谋福利,这就要求各级政府要增强诚信意识,理顺行政体制,严格依法行政,完善责任机制,强化监督制约,全面公开信息。

On Sincerity and Social Credibility

Sincerity is the basic element in the construction harmonious society.In real life,the general lack of sincerity is an important social problem.Its germ lies in the government’s loss of credibility.The restoration of the credibility of the government is the premise of the reconstruction of social integrity.The government is facing the challenges from the new ideas and systems.The governments at all levels should strict lawfully administration,perfect responsibility mechanism,strengthen supervision,fully show a comprehensive public information in order to strengthen the consciousness of honesty and to straighten administrative system to realize the welfare of the people.
