| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、数理统计等方法，对湖南省高校女职工体育休闲情况进行调查。结果表明：大部分女职工对体育健身都有一定的认知，但由于家务重、工作忙及部分女性本身不喜欢运动，加上单位及周边体育健身设施条件限制其对体育活动的参与。针对目前现状，提出相应的对策，旨在为更好地开展女职工体育健身活动提供参考。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documents and statistics, we investigated the status quo of the woman staffs＇ leisure spoils in colleges and universities of Hunan province. The results show that most woman staffs have cognition on bodybuilding, but they are restricted to participate in leisure sports by heavy homework, busy business and partially unwilling to. Based on these conditions, we also put forward some certain countermeasures for it in order to provide several references to develop woman staffs＇ leisure sports better. |
