| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展，医疗卫生服务市场出现了一大批技术复合、学科交叉渗透的技术岗位，卫生服务需求和疾病谱也发生了重大变化，这些对高等医学职业技术教育提出了严峻的挑战。高等医学职业技术教育的教育观念、培养模式、专业及课程设置只有适应卫生服务市场的需求变化，才能找准自己的位置，实现自己的发展。
