| Abstract: | Higher education is a kind of consumption and the university students are its consumers.The article analyzes the condition of the infringement of the university students consumers'rights from three aspects:the quality of classroom teaching,the educational investment and the quality of the esrvice in the students'dormitories.The author also offers the corresponding counter measures as to how to safeguard the legal rights of the university students. |
