| 摘 要： | 物流”和商品的属性紧密相关，现代物流的总体功能是组织“实物”进行物理性的流动，同时实现对用户的服务。我国现代物流产业取得了不少成就也存在成本过高、缺乏竞争力和从业人员专业化水平低等问题。高职教育目前是物流人才培养的主要渠道之一，高职院校需构建有特色的立体化物流人才体系。为更好地开发和培养物流人才，高职院校需采取行之有效的系列措施和开发培养策略着重抓好专业建设。

| Abstract: | The logistics is closely related to the properties of commodity. The overall function of modem logistics is that materials are organized and moved to some place, giving service to customers. So far, great achievements have been made in logistics industry, however some problems still exist, there are high cost, low competitive power, and inefficient professionals. The higher vocational education is viewed as a major approach to train personnel for modem logistics; it is an urgent need to construct a new system with emphasis on strong competence in knowledge and practice. |
