论大学学科建设

大学是以学科为基础建构起来的学术组织,学科建设是大学的基础性建设。大学学科建设的基本内容,包括调整学科布局、完善学科组织、确定学科方向、组建学科队伍、建设学科基地、确立学科项目、建立学科制度、营造学科环境等。学科建设没有统一的方法,但一般应遵循统一领导、制定规划、组织实施、评估检查、总结完善这一基本逻辑。
