中外优秀110m栏运动员若干技术特征的对比分析

通过对我国优秀 110m栏运动员与第 6届世锦赛前 7名运动员进行对比分析时发现 :我国优秀选手下栏距离明显偏长、跨栏步腾空时间耗时多 ;另外 ,虽然全程速度曲线的规律与世锦赛前 7名大体一致 ,但栏间最高速度、保持速度的能力、各分栏速度的稳定性以及终点加速冲刺的能力均明显差于对方 ,这是导致比赛成绩差距的主要原因。

By analysising the chinese elite 110m hurdlers whose matches results are in fourteen seconds, and comparising them to the top seven hurdlers in the 6th World Championship Competition, we figure out that the chinese athletes spend a longer time on the clearance stride, and land on an obviously farther point whey they come off the hurdles. In addition, although the speed curve may be like those of the world top level athletes, their highest speed and the stability of speed between the hurdles, the ability of keeping the speed and dashing are all worse than those of the world top-level athletes, which mainly caused the disparity of the competition.
