论经济发展程度与国家主权观念的差异性

以经济全球化对发展中国家和发达国家主权观念的影响为视角，重点阐述了经济发达程度与国家主权观念形成的联系，分析了发展中国家与发达国家在国家主权观念上的特点．指出发展中国家的特点是没有形成系统的国家主权理论，正在不断丰富主权理论的内涵，主权表现出敏感性和脆弱性，遭受主权侵害的现象时有发生。发达国家的特点是主张弱化国家主权观念，致力于扩展外延，在主权的对外实践中常表现出霸权主义倾向．并执行双重标准。提出了发展中国家在参与经济全球化的进程中应最大限度地维护国家主权，增进国家利益。在国际事物中发挥更大的作用。

On Differences Between Levels of Economic Development and National Sovereignty Concept

On the influence of economic globalization to the developing countries, the relations between the degree of economy development and the formation of country＇s sovereignty concept are expounded. Different concepts of national sovereighty between developing and developed countries are analyzed. It is pointed out that the developing countries should protect national sovereighty, advance the nations＇ interests and play a more effective role in the process of economic globalization.
