| Abstract: | Huntington believes that the rootcause of instability in developing countries lies in the social changes and reorganization which are brought about in the course of modernization and that the essential approach to achieve political stability is to adjust the relationship between political development and economical development and to make politics systemized, as is required by modernization. Huntington's thinting on political development and political stability serves as a kind of enlightenment to us in dealing correctly in our reform with the relationship between reform, development and stability. |
