| Abstract: | According to the outline of the Foundation of Microcomputer Application ; which is formulated by The National Guiding Council of Advanced Education, beginning with the current situation of self - studying students, the writer, in the essay, discussed that we should ensure knowledge unit with reason and adopt the effective measures so as to enhance the teaching quality and to acquire the high marks. |
