| 摘 要： | 以构建服务型政府为目标,基于国内外电子政务服务质量评估的相关研究及实践,借鉴企业管理中的供应链管理理论,提出一种新的电子政务服务质量评估框架.该框架包含四个维度:信息化建设、政务协同程度、网站质量和公众直接满意度.
