| 摘 要： | 随着互联网应用发展带来的侵犯著作权、损害作者利益等问题已成为科技期刊面临的新难题。本文就科技期刊网络出版需要注意的著作权问题,以及在网络环境下科技期刊如何运用现有的法律法规和技术手段维护自身的著作权进行了初步探讨。
