| Abstract: | As is known the talented human resources are the decisive force in the marketing competition, also known as the age of knowledge economy. As of the universities that train personnel, the talented human resources are even more vital. However, the loss of the talented in universities is a very serious matter for our educational cause. Thus, this paper intends to suggest it be an immediate issue to keep and raise our talented personnel in the universities. |
