| 摘 要： | 郭店楚简《老子》有不少内容能够与帛书甲、乙本和今本相对应，但是在结构和某些重要的思想内容上与帛书甲、乙本及今本都有非常大的差异。它是迄今为止考古发现的最古的《老子》版本。它的出土，对于我们进一步深入研究《老子》，特别是校勘多种传本《老子》的文字具有重大的学术价值。

| Abstract: | There is a lot of content in the Guo Dian bamboo edition of Lao Tzu in tombs of the Chu kingdom corresponding with the first and second brocade edition and the nowadays editions,but there are also considerable discrepancies between them in their structure and some important ideas.It is by far the most ancient one in the archaeological discoveries of the editions,and its excavating is of great academic value to our further research on Lao Tzu,especially to our collation to a variety of the editions Lao Tzu. |
