| 摘 要： | 孔子针对当时新旧体制转换过程中出现的社会管理秩序混乱、人与人之间关系紧张的状况,提出了一种人伦观与管理观有机结合的管理理念,这就是他所宣扬的“礼”。孔子的“礼”虽有周礼的形式,但已被赋予了新的思想内涵,他从伦理德道层面阐释了自己对社会管理问题的看法,把建立起秩序井然、关系和谐的社会作为关注的对象,将“仁”、“和”与“礼”相互贯通,从而形成了一种强调礼治的管理思想。

| Abstract: | In the transformation period,to deal with the disorder of social management and the tension of man-to-man relation,Confucius put forward a new management concept of organic combination of ethics and management,ruling by proprieties.He implanted some new content into the Zhou rites,paying more attention to building an orderly harmonious society.His thought of ruling by proprieties linked up benevolence,harmony and proprieties. |
