跨栏核心稳定力量训练的动作模式

摘    要:运用文献资料、调研、实验等方法,采用Qualisys 500运动捕捉系统和Model-C40型表面肌电仪测量栏侧提拉过栏系列动作模式,分析各模式运动效果的差异性.结果显示:与常规栏侧提拉过栏比较,上肢悬吊-栏侧提拉过栏快速组对股四头肌和腰肌的训练效果显著增强,最符合跨栏起跨腿大幅度快速提拉的要求;从动作细节(动作的规范性、运动学和肌电学参数系统、动作速度变化)的角度研究核心稳定力量训练动作模式,是探求核心稳定力量训练的新思路.

Abstract:Based on the methods of literature,experiments,etc,the paper,depending on Qualisys 500 sports capture system and Model-C40 musculus facialis electrical instrument to measure the series of movement patterns of side lifting over the hurdles,analyzes the differences of each pattern.The result shows that:Compared with the regular side lifting over the hurdles,the group of upper limb suspension and side lifting type has the most remarkable training effect on quadriceps and psoas,which is the most consistent with...
