| 摘 要： | 如何有效延长肝脏保存的时间以及减少肝移植过程中肝脏的缺血再灌注损伤一直是肝脏外科面临的一个重要课题.近年来,随着基础研究的深入,对肝脏的保存方法及保存液的改进,以及缺血再灌注损伤的机制以及预防有了进一步的认识.本文就肝脏保存方法,保存液选择,缺血再灌注损伤的分子机制及中药对肝缺血再灌注损伤的预处理等相关方面的进展作一综述.
