网络环境下数字图书馆建设的思考

近年来，数字图书馆的发展受到了世界各国的普遍重视。在知识进步和技术革命的推动下，信息服务产业环境迅猛发展。数字图书馆正是信息技术发展的产物，创造出巨大的经济效益。由于信息技术自身的特有属性，网络环境下的数字图书馆也具有相应的特点。本文在分析数字图书馆在网络化运作过程中面临的困难的基础上，提出推进我国数字图书馆建设的对策。

The digital library is exactly a result of the information technical development and create the enormous economic benefits. On the basis of difficulties digital library faces in the course of network operation this paper, puts forward the countermeasures of digital library construction of our country.
