| 摘 要： | 教师心理健康是教师心理素质的一个重要指标和反映，不仅有利于教师自身职业生涯的发展、身体健康和生活幸福，而且还直接影响到学生的身心健康。当前中小学教师心理健康问题突出。影响中小学教师心理健康的因素有社会、职业本身、个人以及家庭等等，我们要积极予以应对。

| Abstract: | Mental health is one of the indicators and reflections of teachers' mental quality.It's not only of great importance to a teacher's profession development,physical health and happy life,but also has a close relationship with students' physical and mental health.In this article,the situation nowadays on the mental health problems of primary and middle school teachers is listed.And it analyses the affecting factors of the problems in detail from the following aspects: the society,the profession itself,the family and the person himself.Accordingly,it proposes specific ways to overcome these problems. |
