教师培训管理有效性探析

教师培训管理的有效性关系到各种投入的效率和教师队伍整体素质的提升，当前存在有效性缺乏的主要原因是供需不对应、规划不系统、管理不科学和缺乏自主性等。教师培训有效性的评判应以参训教师满意、选派单位满意、培训主管部门满意和培训提供部门的满意度为评判标准，通过问卷调查和跟踪随访以及意见反馈等方式获得。提升有效性应当通过建立满意度反馈机制来创新管理模式、创新培训内容和创新培训形式实现。
