| 摘 要： | 在现代市场经济中,大学学费本质上是大学教育服务的价格。在长期内,大学学费取决于大学教育服务的成本水平及其在国家与学生家长之间的分摊比例;在短期内,大学学费还与大学教育需求有关。此外,教育市场结构及教育质量等因素对学费也有重要影响,我国的大学学费有不断上涨的趋势。
