摘    要:数学教师创新素质先天不足是造成学生缺乏创新意识与创造力和实施素质教育步履艰难的主要根源.对这一问题的解决方案是:系统学习《数学教育学报》,用其汇集的创新理论培训数学教师,使一线教师尽快进入数学教育前沿;广泛开展由《数学教育学报》汇集的创新理论与一线教学实践相结合的规模实验.

Abstract:There were various reasons the teacher had less creative character in mathematics. It was resolving that we should use the creative theories marshaled in Journal of Mathematics Education to bring along the teachers, tape-processing simultaneity, experiment cosmically in mathematics teaching that worked in studying psychology at high school.
