低健康信息素养用户婴幼儿健康信息源选择影响因素研究

目的/意义] 丰富的健康信息源拓宽人们健康信息获取途径，但也给用户选择健康信息源提出要求。现有研究围绕用户和健康信息内容特征展开，较少考虑健康信息素养的影响。方法/过程] 通过文献梳理得到健康信息源、健康信息源选择主体、任务、外部环境构成的影响因素模型。本研究首先设计健康信息素养测评问卷，识别低健康信息素养人群，接着通过访谈构建模型。最后设计问卷验证模型的适用性。结果/结论] 健康信息内容和健康信息源平台是影响用户健康信息源选择的两个主要维度。权威性、时效性、相关性、实用性、一致性和可靠性几个影响因素间存在相互影响关系。教育水平会显著影响低健康信息素养用户的健康信息源选择。

The Study on Influencing Factors of Baby Information Source Selection in Low Health Information Literacy Population

Purpose/Significance] Rich health information sources broaden people's access to health information,but put forward higher requirements for users to choose health information sources.The existing studies focus on the characteristics of users and health information content,but seldom consider the influence of health information literacy.Method/Process] The influencing factor model which was obtained by literature review,included health information source,health information source selection subject,task,and external environment.Health information literacy evaluation questionnaire was designed to identify people with low health information literacy.Then the proposed model was constructed through interview.Finally,another questionnaire was deigned to verify the applicability of the proposed model.Result/Conclusion] Health information content and health information platform are two main dimensions that influence users' choice of health information sources.Influencing factors like authority,timeliness,relevance,practicability,consistency and reliability are related to each other.Educational level can significantly influence the health information source selection of users with low health information literacy.
