Objective: To study the clinical value of.CT examination on assessing the therapeutic effects on nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after radiotherapy.Method: Sixty nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were performed CT scan and observed changes of nasopharynx and the sm'ronnding structure in different periods,Results: The mass nasopharynx bequeathed local inerassation,nasopharynx became swell and accompanied purulence secretion and/or scab in 2-12 months post radiotherapy nasopharynx wall became thin,nasopharynx cavity,became enlarge upwards of 2 years;Tumor fading is gradually in parapharyngeal space and carotid theca infringing,it's configuration is mostly furbish up to snuff upwards of 2 years.Accessory sinus infringing is mostly subsidised in i month post radiotherapy,but it had inflammation in different period post radiotherapy,it/s inflammation slipped and decreased little by little with time.Bone/s repair was very slowness in base of skulk destruction;the portion of skull bone is entirely-repaired and bone destruction range isn/t accretion upwards of 2 years.Conclusion: Nasopharyngeal earcinonma has characteristic manifestations and definite disciplinarian after radiotherapy in different periods on CT Shift of nasopharynx is most complex,which was mistaken as relapse.To master these disciplinarians of shift,it is magnitude priceless to distinguish relapse after radiotherapy.
