| 摘 要： | 西方民主源于对封建专制的反抗,在资本主义的长期实践中,它通过一系列的制度安排获得了长足的发展,至今仍有一定的发展空间。在建设社会主义和谐社会的过程中,研究西方民主具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The western democracy comes from resistance to the fedudalism. In the long term of the capitalism practice,it acquires the substantial development through a series of institutional arrangement,still having the certain Deve-lopment space up to now.This study on the western democracy has certain value in the process of developing harmony society of socialism. |
