| 摘 要： | 图书馆是社会的文献信息中心,是社会信息化建设与发展的重要基地,是进行学习知识、科学研究等工作的信息平台,是完成人才培养目标的基本保证。通过对图书馆人才培养与建设的重要性及问题的分析,提出完善图书馆人才培养与建设的几点对策。
