泌尿系统感染性病原菌构成比及检测方法评价

摘    要:目的通过统计与分析泌尿系统感染性病原菌的构成比,评价其检测方法,为有效地控制医院感染提供参考依据。方法查阅近年来国内医药类核心期刊等杂志上报道的相关数据,进行统计学处理与综合分析。结果所分析的11种病原菌是泌尿系统感染性常见病原菌,其中以大肠埃希菌的构成比最高;培养检查法是诊断泌尿系统感染的金标准。结论大肠埃希菌是医院感染最常见的条件致病菌,需认真加以控制。对其他病原菌的控制也不容忽视。培养检查法是诊断泌尿系统感染的金标准,不可用其他方法取代。

Abstract:Objective through statistics and analysis of infectious pathogenic bacteria of urinary system constitute, evaluate its detection methods, provide reference basis for effectively controlling hospital infection, methods the domestic medicine kind of core journals in recent years, such as the journal reported data, statistical processing and comprehensive analysis, results the analysis of 11 kinds of pathogenic baeteria is a common pathogen urinary system infection, of which the composition of e. coli than most ; Train- ing method is the gold standard in the diagnosis of urinary tract infections. Conclusion e. coli is the most common nosocomial infec- tion pathogens, needs to be carefully controlled. Control of the other pathogens also nots allow to ignore. Training method is the gold standard in the diagnosis of urinary system infection, do not use other methods instead.
