| 摘 要： | 中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会将"生态文明建设"首次写入党章,也赋予了"美丽中国"这个词汇新的时代内涵。结合十八大相关论述以及部分十八大党代表的观点,分析了"美丽中国"的涵义、必要性、深远意义及实现措施。

| Abstract: | The eighteenth National Congress of Chinese Communist Party wrote ＂the construction of ecological civilization＂ for the first time into the constitution, which also gave the new connotation of the word Beautiful China now. Combined with the related discussion in above congress and some points of the party＇s representatives, the authors analyzed the meaning, necessity, significance and implementation measures of the ＂Beautiful China＂. |
