| 摘 要： | 1992年,县级职教中心建设在河北省全省铺开,到1996年,139个县（市）都按要求建起了职教中心。然而,中等职业教育在经历了短暂的辉煌之后,很多县级职教中心就长期处于＂低谷＂状态了。近年来,国家出台了一系列鼓励和刺激职业教育发展的政策,使职业教育再次引起各界关注。

| Abstract: | In 1992,the county-level vocational education centers were started to establish over Hebei Province.In 1996,139counties（cities）set up vocational education centers.However,after a short-lived glory,many county vocational education centers are in the＂trough＂state.In recent years,the state has issued a series of encouraging and stimulating policies for vocational education development,which once again arouses the attention from all walks of life. |
