| Abstract: | The life line of a system is the fullness and correctness of the data. The application of new technology cannot guarantee the correctness of the machine readable. cataloging. An integrated measure is often taken to improve the quality of MARC data.; tA perfect the softwares is important,but it is not omnipotent. The process of computer-aided cataloging should be the process of the mutual aid between man and machine.The paper reports the effort made in this field by the author including his preerntative help MARC cataloging rules and the technology methodology of automatic detection. |
