中国共产党把马克思列宁主义与中国实际相结合，走上了适合中国国情的社会主义道路。在不同的历史时期，中国共产党第三代和第一代领导人有着相同的指导思维；而随着时代的发展，在相同或相近问题的论述上又能赋予新的内容，体现了以江泽民为首的中国共产党第三代领导人总揽全局，发挥市场机制的作用，正确处理公有制经济和其它经济成分的关系，物质明建设和精神明建设协调发展的重要战略思想。

Combining Marxism and Leninism with the Chinese reality, the Communist Party of China (CPC) has led the Chinese people to march on the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. Though they are at the different period, the third generation and the first generation of the CPC have the same guiding thought. With the time passes, new contents have been added by the third generation of the CPC to the statements of the same or similar issues. It reflects the important strategic thought of the third generation of the CPC with Jiang Ze-min as the core to assume responsibility as a whole, fully play the role of market mechanism, correctly handle the realtion of public-owned economy and other economies, and harmoniously construct the material civilization as well as the spiritual civilization.
