| 摘 要： | 人格品质在个人生活中占有极其重要的地位.大学生良好品格的形成不仅关系到个人的建功立业,更与祖国实现社会主义现代化的伟大事业密切相关.高校两课是培养青年大学生的人格品质的重要阵地.在两课教学过程中,突出邓小平人格品质的概述,发挥榜样教育的作用,这会对大学生的品质形成产生积极影响.

| Abstract: | Trial Committee is by nature a special trial organization according to the analysis of its development,the attitudes from legislative people and the tasks by law.Then,the judgment made about its' value is to show that the logical contradictory existing between law regulation and administration can't be overcome.Therefore,it is necessary to abolish the Trial Committee. |
