| 摘 要： | 通过对泉州农村劳动力现状和转移途径的调查,分析海西农村劳动力转移存在的问题,指出海西农村劳动力转移中应借鉴泉州经验,通过发展民营经济、鼓励农村劳动力自己创造就业机会等实现农村劳动力的有效转移,最终有助于和谐海西的构建和社会主义新农村建设。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation into the present situation and transfer channel of rural labor force in Quanzhou,this article analyzes the existing problems of the transfer of rural labor force on the west side of the Straits and points out that experiences of Quanzhou should be used for reference such as developing private economy and encouraging rural labor force to create employment opportunities on their own with a view to fulfilling the effective transfer of rural labor force and promoting the construction of harmonious west side of the Straits and new socialist countryside. |
