| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期 ,国民政府对西北地区进行了大规模的开发建设 ,它不仅促进了西北地区的社会经济发展 ,同时也促进了民众意识的提升 :社会风气空前开化 ,科教意识有了明显增强 ,特别是中华民族的整体意识空前强化。民众意识的进步和向近代化迈进 ,为西北地区的社会进步创造了一定的有利条件。

| Abstract: | During the period of anti-Japanese war,KMT(Kuomi ntang)government dev eloped northwest regions on a large scale.This not only accelerated its economic development,but also enhanced the awareness of the masses.The improvement of aw areness of the masses and advancement toward modernization created the condition s for the progress of society in northwest regions. |
