战后美国“高师改大”的改革及其启示

摘    要:本文分析了美国二战后师范学院改为综合大学或文理学院的原因,探讨了美国综合大学或学院如何举办教师教育的路径。提出质量的提高是教师教育永恒的主题;综合化是教师教育发展的必然趋势;师范性是师范院校综合化的核心竞争力;教师教育专业化是发展的方向,教师资格证制度及提高教师的地位是根本保证。

Abstract:The reason of the transition from teachers colleges to universities in post-second world war America and how American universities conduct teacher education are explored in the paper.The paper also has such arguments that the quality improvement is the perpetual theme of teacher education;the integration of teacher education into the university is the inevitable trend; the normality is the core competitive power of the teachers colleges' transition;the professionalization of teacher education is the direction of development;the teacher's qualification certificate system and the raising of the teacher's status is the fundamental guarantee of the transition.
