| Abstract: | In long-term research and practice, Shen Jiaben has formed a systematical classification method of legal literature.This paper elaborates Shen's classification methods of legal literature and his practice from three aspects, that is, literature writing style, literature contents and time order of literature, and expounds the significance of this classification method and its practice. |
