| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放进一步深化,社会利益日益多元化,利益诉求日益多样化,作为担负着维护工人合法权益的工会组织在利益多元化的历史条件下也遭遇到了挑战,为了更好地发挥工会组织的作用,各级工会组织应进行及时地调整和重新定位。

| Abstract: | With deepened reforms and more opening to the outside world,there is greater diversification of social interest.Trade unions,safeguarding the legal interests of workers,meet a challenge under the historical circumstances of interest diversification.In order to bring themselves into a fuller play,trade unions at various levels should make timely adjustments and have a new orientation. |
