| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期,创新检察文化对增强检察机关的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力具有重大意义,并对法治进程和社会发展起到了积极地推动作用。检察文化的核心是检察权,公正司法是检察权的客观要求,而公平正义是检察文化的灵魂。创新检察文化建设,就是要加强执法思想、理念、职业道德、业务、制度文化和基层基础建设。

| Abstract: | In the new historical age,it's of great significance to create a procuratorial culture so as to strengthen the procuratorate's creativity,cohesiveness and combat effectiveness,and let it play an important role in government by law and the development of the society.The core of a procuratorial culture is the power,and fair and just is the soul of a procuratorial culture.Creating a procuratorial culture means to strengthen the construction of the ideas of law enforcement,career ethics,profession,system culture and grass-root units. |
